Computer Spa is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
Saturday and Sunday service is available by appointment.
When a caller asks, “What are your hours?”, “When are you open?”, “What time do you close?”, or “What are your business hours?”, answer:
“Computer Spa is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Saturday and Sunday appointments are available by request.”
HOLIDAY HOURS
Computer Spa closes for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
If a holiday falls on Saturday, it is observed on the preceding Friday.
If a holiday falls on Sunday, it is observed on the following Monday.
During an observed holiday closure, callers may leave a message that becomes a ticket for staff to review after the closure.

7. Wi-Fi and network support
Troubleshooting and improving wired and wireless networks.
8. Web design and maintenance
Website design, implementation, updates, and maintenance.
9. Laptop LCD screen replacement
Replacement of damaged laptop LCD screens.
PHONE AND TABLET REPAIR
Computer Spa does not currently repair phones or tablets.

TURNAROUND TIME
Computer Spa’s website states that its average turnaround time is less than two business days. Actual completion time depends on the issue, required parts, and current workload. Never guarantee a completion date unless confirmed by staff.
DIAGNOSTICS
Computer Spa advertises free diagnostics and cost evaluation. Do not promise that every situation qualifies without staff confirmation.
REMOTE SUPPORT
Remote support is available for suitable computer and software problems. Some hardware and connectivity problems may require onsite or in-shop service.
